Preparing bi-weekly work orders scheduling report for work orders at Mill area.
Preparing project scheduling service SAG shutdown maintenance report for any projects that handled by Construction group
Measuring achievement on construction KPI milestone on daily basis.
Measuring achievement “Good reporting and communication” on monthly basis.
Developing EPCC Schedule for ACIS project
Developing EPCC Schedule for Concentrator NS Gravity project.
Developing EPCC Schedule for AFE project at Mill area.
Coordinating with all parties at any projects which involving project scheduling service at Mill area.

Providing project schedules for any work orders that handled by Construction group.
Daily report for any shutdown projects
Minutes of meeting on any projects required.
Personal Requirements Education background
Bachelor of Engineering (S1) (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical
Engineering) from a reputable University, with minimum GPA
2.75.
Working experience
Minimum 3 years experience in projects or field, able to create
project reports (both in Indonesian and English languages)
Technical Skills
Excellent in read Engineering drawings for all discipline (Civil,
Architecture, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Instrument)
Understand and know about Project Management (including;
estimation, scheduling)
Understand and know about Construction techniques Software
Skills
Mandatory able to operate Primavera (preferable having
Primavera certificate)
Able to operate Microsoft Offices (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Power
Point. MS Access, MS Project).
Others
Good team work.
Good communication
Good/active in English (writing and speaking)
Hard worker and high motivation.
Can work under pressure and tight target.
Willing to work in remote area at Timika, Papua with status of
contract employee for 12 months contract and vacation for every
6 months.

Service Support Facilities Laptop/computer with specification 2 duo, minimal 4 GB memory, Ms. Office, Operating System Windows XP.
The original softwares must be installed at the laptop/computer: Original Primavera ver.6 with license, Ms. Offices, Windows XP, AutoCAD version 2011 (include drawing reader), Anti Virus, Acrobat reader (PDF), Adobe.

Connection to PTFI web server and database for engineering drawings
Connection to Ellipse
Return Airfast tickets for mobilization and demobilization
Onsite accommodation for staff at Highland area
Meals 3 times a day
PPE (Personnel Protective Equipments) : helmet, safety shoes, safety glasses, vest
ID Card
Location of service Jobsite (Papua) at Highland area.
Period of services 01 September 2011 - 31 August 2012 (12 months)
