  • 1. 1.The Solitariness of GOD *Solitariness : Alone; in isolation; private; without companions

2. In the beginning God These first four words of the Bible tell us a lot about GOD 3. In the beginning [time] God created the heaven [space] and earth [matter]. Genesis 1:1 4. GOD is OUTSIDE of His Creation TIME MATTER SPACE GOD 5. In the beginning God GOD was ALONE Before all that was made was made, God was without ANYONE else but Himself IN THE BEGINNING GOD There was a time when there was NO time; a time when God was alone: No heaven, no angels singing Gods praises, no universe, no earth, no animals, no people . . . Only GOD. 6. In the beginning God GOD is UNCREATED Since He was there at the beginning when everything was created, it means that He wasnt created. 7. In the beginning God GOD is SELF-EXISTENT All events have causes. All creatures have been created. EXCEPT FOR GOD. John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 8. In the beginning God GOD is ETERNAL He has always been, IS, and will always be GOD God was BEFORE the beginning of time, space, and matter . . . This is why God says He is I AM. John 8:58 Jesus said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Before Abraham was, I am. 9. Malachi 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not 10. Psalm 90:1-2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. 11. This is also why God can view the past, present, and future at the same time He is OUTSIDE of time! GOD Beginning End 12. In the beginning God GOD doesnt NEED anything! The fact that God created us, means that in eternity past, He was FINE without us That being the case, clearly He made us for HIS PLEASURE Revelation 4:11 You [Lord] have created all things, and for your pleasure they are and were created. 13. Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 14. Stand up and bless the LORD your God for ever and ever: and blessed be thy glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise. Nehemiah 4:6 15. Luke 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do. 16. Before all that was made was made, God was without ANYONE else but Himself Compare that with us: We need EVERYTHING: the elements of the earth to form our bodies life from God oxygen in the air to breathe water to function food for energy 17. Job 35:7-8 If thou be righteous, what givest thou him? or what receiveth he of thine hand? (8) Thy wickedness may hurt a man as thou art; and thy righteousness may profit the son of man. 18. Romans 11:35-36 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? (36) For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. 19.
