Provision of Nutritious Foods: Describe how the Subrecipient will provide, on an emergency basis , such supplies and services, nutritious foods, and related services,
as may be necessary to counteract the conditions of starvation and malnutrition among low-income individuals.
Initiatives: Describe the use of CSBG funds to support innovative community and neighborhood-based initiatives related to the purposes of CSBG, which may include
fatherhood initiatives and other initiatives with the goal of strengthening families and encouraging effective parenting.
The TOP program collaborates with Alamo Colleges to provide case management services to single parents in the community.

The TOP program collaborates with Senior Services to provide Emergency Food Assistance in a community center. The TOP program also provides
emergency food bags for clients in need of emergency non perishable food items.
