PROBLEM STATEMENT

Children need a way to spend less time on the computer because many

parents live the conflict of not knowing how to set limits on their children in

relation to the use of Internet and video games.

Craft a problem statement

Children who spend more time in front of a screen develop greater emotional difficulties even if they exercise

Children who watch TV or use the computer more than 2 hours a day have more psychological difficulties, but to exercise

Those who spend less time in front of screens have less psychological distress, but not engage in physical activity

Report published in Pediatrics.

PROBLEM:◦ Facing the new situation that

has brought home the incorporation of the computer, many parents live the conflict of not knowing how to set limits on their children in relation to the use of Internet and video games.
