• For ARC graduates with vouchers for next fall, ARC will provide you with an edTPACoach to help with the portfolio process/submission. An edTPA coach will help you during after school hours in ½ hour segments using phone calls, emails or Skype.
• An edTPA Coach will replace a regular ARC Coach.

• A TEAM Mentor assigned by the employing district should be able to help you with the portfolio as well.
• You would begin the TEAM module process in the second semester.
• You are not expected to do both edTPAand TEAM at the same time.

ARC Profiles• You have another opportunity to promote
yourself as a teacher on the ARC Website now that we have come to the end of the program.
• On May 31st the current profiles will be closed and new profiles will be posted by June 1.
• New profiles will include a photograph and information about your Practicum Placement/Experience.
ARC Profiles
• Many districts rely on ARC for placements, particularly in the shortage areas. This is a good way to get the attention of the districts with specific needs.
• ARC will use the Weekly Notes from the Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) to announce that updated Profiles have been posted. Over 400 school administrators subscribe to these notes.

• Since additional information has been added to the form, a new Disclosure Form will need to be completed by everyonewishing to have a Profile posted.
• Even if you completed a Disclosure Form for the earlier posting, a new form needs to be completed and submitted.

• You MUST use this fillable form to have your Profile posted.
• No handwritten forms will be posted.• If you have the full version of Acrobat you
will be able to add the photo in any format.

• If you have just the Reader version of Acrobat, you will only be able to upload the photo in pdf format. If this is the case, you can take a screen shot (ALT, Print Screen) of the photo and paste it into a Word document. From there, you can use the Picture Tools to crop the screen shot to just include the photo. Save it as pdf.

ARC Profile
• A completed Profile form and a signed Disclaimer Form need to be returned to the ARC Office by Friday, May 26th, to be eligible for the posting on May 31st.
