Common Questions

What if I don’t have the artifact listed in the portfolio template?

Provide an artifact that will attest to your knowledge of/proficiency with that standard.

Within the reflection AND the section, acknowledge the fact that you are posting a different artifact and offer a reason.

“During my enrollment in ED 411/511, we were not required to complete a Case Study, I’ve attached this research paper titled The Impact of Scripted Reading Programs to attest to my knowledge of Literacy.”

Common Questions

Should I change to the new portfolio template? Both Elementary and Secondary/P-12 Art portfolios have new

templates with revisions. Three options

Use the new template as a reference. Create a new portfolio template and upload your

documents again. Forget the new template and use the documentation on

the UM LiveText Wiki as a guide. Elementary Reflection Handbook Secondary Exit Portfolio PowerPoint
