I The Bidder shall ensure that all information, data, performance curves, technical literature (catalogues) and drawings furnished with the proposal fully describe all equipmentlsystems covered under this proposal and fully meet the requirements of the technical specifications.

The Employer reserves the right to ask for further details regarding technical features, application particulars, performance, past experience for similar applications or any other information as may be required to fully satisfy himself regarding suitability, quality, reliability and full compliance with this specification for all equipment and systems offered by the Bidder.
Bidder shall furnish with his proposal the original Technical Data Sheets completely filled in and five photostat Copies of the data sheets (photocopies of the original). In no case, the Bidder shall retypelredraft these data sheets.
It may be noted that this technical data sheets section is for Bidding purpose only. During detailed engineering, the Bidder shall be required to furnish all additional data about the equipmentlsystem being supplied, even if such details are not asked for in this section.
