IntroductionThe Academy of Sports Experience Baptiste already exists in Haiti, and is currently providing training to 35 children in the sports of soccer..Your input, your help, and your passion for sports and community service will be instrumental in building ASEB in Central Florida while continuing to grow in Haiti.Men anpil chay pa lou is a Haitian saying that literally translates into With many hands things are less heavy. In our case, no obstacles shall be too great to overcome with so many great minds helping to make this Academy a success

ASEB GenesisASEB was officially launched in Haiti on August 03, 2013.The Academy started with a dream, then a soccer competition that involved nearly 300 children. After three days, 35 children were retained from the ages of 10 to 14.During the short history of ASEB, we have established an Executive Committee in Saint-Marc, Haiti. We are finishing the legalization steps in Haiti as well.The Haitian American Coalition for Tomorrow is the parent organization which ASEB will be registered under in the United States.

The President, Founder will help set the vision for ASEB along with the other members of the Board of Directors.The Board of Directors are volunteers who take on the task of shaping the future of ASEB The Executive Committee is composed of:*The Vice-President (the position is the chief operating officer of ASEB)* The Treasurer*The Secretary*The Coaching Director*The Outreach DirectorThe Coaching staff is led by the Coaching Director. The Coaching Staff is composed of both volunteers and hired personnel to provide a high level of both training, mentoring, and leadership that will help each athlete to grow mentally, physically, and technically. The Volunteering Committee is led by the Outreach Director. The Committee is composed of volunteer parents, and other community members.

Structure of ASEBThe Sports Academy is founded to educate and to develop intellectually, technically, spiritually, morally, and physically the youth from within the Pine Hills, Orlando area. The Academy will utilize different facilities within that same area to deliver its services. Sport disciplines such as track and field, soccer, basketball, and volleyball will be some of the primary sports practiced at the Academy. Soccer will be the first athletic discipline that we will focus on in order to establish the Academy.As a dependent entity of the organization-HACT Haiti Inc., ASEB will operate and adhere to the prescribed standards and code of ethics of HACT-Haiti, which holds all final authority and ultimate responsibility for all activities undertaken by ASEB

Vision for the FutureASEB aims to establish its services in the Pine Hills, Orlando areaASEB has to establish its non-profit status under HACT-Haiti by May, 2013. ASEB has to establish strong ties with other institution servicing the Pine Hills area in order to consolidate resources and maximize our servicesThe members of the coaching staff ought to be chosen, and ought to have their appropriate licenses by June 01,2013.ASEB will organize its first Soccer Summer Camp by mid-July, 2013
