Seafood Platter
Squash Casserole
Adolphe Monticelli
De Forrest Hale Judd
A man of simple pleasures, Judd
can talk about the natural
landscape of Texas for hours.
Known for his love of mountains,
lakes, and Texas flora, Judd offers
his squash casserole, baked with
veggies straight from his garden.
A humble Frenchman, and a
good friend of Paul Cézanne,
Monticelli prefers freshly caught
seafood. Here he has gathered
a platter of seafood sourced
straight from his hometown of
Marseille, France.
Baked Potato
Apple Pie
Watermelon Margaritas
Claes Oldenburg
Paul Cézanne
Rufino Tamayo
This American artist embraces all
aspects of US culture, especially
the food. The topic of consumerism
is one of Oldenburg’s conversation
starters, as it’s also the main
subject of his work. These loaded
everything baked potatoes are
fresh from the artist's studio grill.
Quiet Cézanne has made a
sweet apple pie, but not before
he made a quick watercolor of
the apples, straight from the
market in Aix-en-Provence,
France. Cézanne is only
interested in bringing up
conversations that allow for a
critique of this work.
Talkative Tamayo made
watermelon margaritas inspired
by his childhood job as a fruit
vendor. The margaritas are
rimmed with beeswax and
sugar, reflecting the printmaking
technique he developed.
Baked Pear Pastry
Wine
Mac and Cheese
Eric Avery
Texan veteran and former
physician, Eric Avery left his life as
a psychiatrist to become a full-time
artist. Avery offers his finest bottle
of Merlot that was left over from a
recent opening.
Gustave Courbet
The scandalous self-proclaimed
"proudest and most arrogant man
in France,” Courbet is sure to
shake up any dinner party. Courbet
is bringing a baked pear pastry.
Vincent van Gogh
An admirer of Monticelli, Van
Gogh has made pasta
inspired by his plein air wheat
paintings. He is willing to
bring macaroni and cheese as
long as Paul Gauguin does
not show up to dinner.
Banana Wafer Pudding
Corn on the Cob
Bread
The anonymous Guerilla Girls, are
sure to bring up some important
conversations, with a side of Gorilla
masks and some southern banana
wafer pudding.
A chatty Egyptian sculptor who worked
on the tomb of Ny-Ank-Nesut, the
highest priest of Ra is bringing gossip
and a side of sharing bread.

Using natural spices from the
nearby mountains, a humble Maya

as a side dish.
