In addition to required course credit, students must pass a competitive portfolio review as a requirement to advance to the final semesters of this major at UH.
*ARTS 1303 and 1304 may be taken in any order.>> The UH BFA degree in Graphic Communications has NO elective hours.> Students MUST meet with the UH School of Art advisor before beginning the 3rd semester of college courses because of the specified sequence of
courses that is required. Combining enrollment in core courses with major requirements will help maintain full-time enrollment.> UH School of Art faculty must individually determine how courses not specifically listed above may apply to the degree plan of the intended major.
