Designed and manufactured in the UK from our own EN24 X condition forgings for unsurpassed quality, our H- Beam connecting rods are heat treated to HRC 38-41 and then shot peened for higher fatigue strength. Each stock crankshaft is optimised for superior performance and engine response, carefully machined by Arrow to include the removal of the balance shaft drive gear and hub. Material removal on counterweights and big end pins provide additional weight savings. After machining, components are blasted for stress relieving and uniform finish. Arrow are pleased to offer 2 stages of modification enveloping track day enthusiasts through to competition race engine builds for Focus ST/RS and Mustang 2.3 Litre EcoBoost applications. Building on the global success of our Subaru EJ series crankshaft and connecting rod that have been recognized as the components of choice in all motorsport disciplines Arrow are pleased to announce for 2019 a technically superior, lightweight billet steel crankshaft designed specifically for the Subaru FA20/Toyota 4U-GSE engine. Manufactured in the UK using only the best British made steel this is a thoroughbred motorsport design that incorporates the following feature content:

l 4 x counterweight design l Centre line lightened (through drilled) l 4 x crank pins lightened l Gun drilled for sustained operation with low oil pressure l Undercut main pin for clearance of O.E thrust washers l Overall mass reduction of 1.5 KG compared to original part
