ARLA Basics (1)

ARLA acts as a cooperation partner within an internationalproject team and provides modular solutions as part of anoverall system. In order to realize this, a project managementis necessary to predefine & fix all necessary steps.

Within the project team EXTERNAL PARTNERS cooperate veryclosely and work out the overall concept.

► Individual customer and project support including the necessary production consultancies and partners

► Cooperation in a "high-performance" supplier group

► ARLA perfers "Standard Solutions" instead of SPECIALsolutions; ARLA is not a special-purpose machine builderbut a supplier of system modules based on ARLA design.

Anyway: ARLA always offers solutions customer-related.

Page 12 - ARLA-Presentation

ARLA Basics (2)

Typical Procedure

► Final check up of the customer specifications(together with the final customer or ARLA principal)

► Defining the detailed delivery items

► Cooperation with further suppliers in a team

► Determination of ARLA's scope of supply

► Delivery of the ARLA part to the final customer or (if applicable) to the "main contractor" (ARLA principal) as defined by the final customer

► Integration of workpiece transportation, automation solutions realized by robots, workpiece buffering, and any other processes by EXTERNAL PARTNERS
