architecture, construction and engineer mentoring program
DESCRIPTION
Five architects and engineers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District have worked with students from the Academy for College and Career Exploration High School on a design for a sports facility. The architects and engineers met with the students on a weekly basis since the beginning of this year to walk the students through the design process from start to finish and even had a chance to create some 3-d computer models. The students presented their designs a few weeks ago to show how they reached their end product. The students were also presented with a certificate for their dedication and final design: http://bit.ly/169RDaETRANSCRIPT
