We are an hour earlier than Istanbul and Vilnius.A little more than 1/3 of people are Catholics, 15% are Protestants. The others follow other religions, are non-religious or atheist.

our schoolIt is named after a famous poet of the 19th century, Arany Jnos.Our school is located in the centre of Szzhalombatta, in the main square.The current headmaster is dr. Horvthn dr. Hidegh Anik.There are 24 classrooms on 3 floors.850 students learn and 84 teachers teach here.It was established in1985. This year we are celebrating the 30th anniversary.

Faculties & specialties

language yearIt is one of the three specialities in our school.For one year prior to the high school studies students have16 lessons of English and 3 lessons of another foreign language a week. The second foreign language can be Italian, German or French.There are 2 exams of English (mid-term and end-of-term) during the year, andat the end of May students perform a play. This years choice is The Beauty and The Beast.
