Cilmi-baarsitan waxaa la sameeyay inta u dhaxeeysay December, 2015-April,

shaqaalaha dawladda ee Puntland.
6. Qaab dhismeedka iyo habraacyada Xafiiska Hantidhawrka Guud Sharci
gaar ah ayaa qeexaya”.

SIDRA waa machad cilmi-baaris oo aan faa‟iido doon ahayn oo falanqeeya
siyaasadaha, kaas oo muhiimada saara lix dhinac oo waaweyn:
dimuqraadiyadda iyo maamulka; nabadgalyada, kala danbeynta; horumarinta
ganacsiga; maamulida degaanka iyo khayraadka dabiiciga ah; waxbarashada

Aayad kale Allah waxuu kuleeyahay “Nafna naf kale dambigeed ma qaado,
hadii loogu yeedho naf culusoo danbaabtay inay xambaarto (danbi naf kale)
lagama xambaaro waxba haba noqoto qaraabee, waxaad uun u digi kuwa ka
cabsada Eebe, oo tukadda Salaadda, ruuxii isdaahiriyaa wuxuu uun isu
daahiriyay naftiisa. Xaga Eebe uun baana loo ahaan geerida dabadeeda.”39

uu ku socdo‟. Si musuqmaasuq looga fogaado, waxaa lagama maarmaan ah
in qofka Muslimka ah dunuubta iska ilaaliyo. Musuqmaasuq waa danbi.
Dhaqankeena Suufiyadu wuxuu xerta ku tarbiyeeyaa in dunuubta oo dhan
laga fogaado, aan aduunyada la israacinin, dulmiga iyo dhaqamada
sheeydaanka sida musuqmaasuqa oo laga fogaado.”43
Culimadda Salafiyada sidoo kale waxay isku raaceen in waxyaalaha keenaya
musuqmaasuqa uu asal uyahay dadka oo ka fogaaday dhaqankii Salafkii
saalixa ahaa. Isaga oo soo koobaya aragtidooda musuqmaasuqa waxa

sidan ku jawaabay: “Anaga fahankanaga Islaamku waxa uu ku

Culimada Salafiyiinta waxay aad ugu xoog badanyihiin, oo ay qayb libaax ku

karaan yareeynta Musuqmaasuqa
Madax dhaqameedku (ISIM, CAAQIL, NABADOON, GARAAD,
ISLAAN, BOQOR, UGAAS, IWM) waxay u arkaan musuqmaasuqu inuu

Wasaaradda Waxbarashada iyo Tacliinta Sare (Ministry of

ah; caddaalad darridda ka jirta bulshada dhaxdeeda; saboolnimadda
baahsan iyo siyaasadaynta qabiilka.71
