features and benefits, in the Business sector.

Our apprenticeship solutions include both standards and frameworks. We
use qualifications and learning resources to support you in the creation of
structured and engaging learning experiences for apprentices.

On-programme Delivery
We have created a range of options to guide and support on-
programme delivery that allows customers to choose and
combine options to meet the specific needs of apprentices and
their employment contexts. The options are complementary to
each other, allowing delivery to be flexible and learning to be
tailored to meet specific needs.

On-programme Qualifications
Mandatory or optional qualifications designed to develop technical
knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work effectively in a job
role
Coherent yet flexible framework for delivering high quality learning
and assessment directly mapped to the apprenticeship standards
Two sizes of qualification with distinct purposes:
➢ Certificate – Aligned to 20% off-the-job requirements and
designed for apprentices to develop and apply technical and
behavioural knowledge that underpins the job role
➢ Diploma - Extends on the learning from the Certificate-size
qualification to include the development of practical work-
based skills and behaviours. It aligns to the full knowledge,
skills and behavioural content of the apprenticeship
standard.
