INSTRUCTIONS TO PRINCIPALS OF POLYTECHNIS/INSTITUTIONS ON
PHASE-I POST ALLOTMENT PROCESS
Allotments of candidates were released on 12-10-2021.
Reporting of candidates will be updated in the web portal by the candidate himself
through self-reporting system or at HLC. A Self-joining report will be generated
containing the admission number. This will help in planning for next round of counseling
within a week.
Institution authorities are requested to admit the allotted candidates with allotment
order having self-Joining Report copy and Xerox copy of receipt of certificate only.
Candidate reporting at Institution directly shall be instructed to report through self-
reporting system, otherwise, his/her allotment will be cancelled and will be treated as a
vacancy for subsequent phase of counseling.
Institutions are provided with user ID and Password as was done in previous years to
view the list of allotted candidates and list of candidates reported through self-reporting
system.
If a candidate wishes to submit income certificate now, he/she shall be instructed to
approach nearest helpline center for entry of fee reimbursement eligibility and
download a revised allotment order and updated receipt of certificate.
Candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the Polytechnic/Institute at the time of admission. The candidate can produce following original certificates only for the purpose of verification in the Polytechnic/Institute and can submit only two sets of Xerox copies in the Polytechnic/Institute.
1. APPOLYCET-2021 Rank Card.
2. APPOLYCET -2021 Hall Ticket.
3. Transfer Certificate
4. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
5. IV to 10th class Study Certificate
(OR)
Local Status Certificate issued as per A.P. Reorganization Act 2014.
(OR)
Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no
institutionalized education)
(OR)
Residence Certificate of either of the parents in A.P. for 10 years in case
of non-local candidates.
6. Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2018 (OR) Ration card
issued by competent authority of A.P containing candidate and
father/mother’s name where income is in prescribed limits [below 2.5
Lakhs for all candidates i.e OC/BC/SC/ST) 24 years for SC/ST and 20
years for (OC/BC) candidates as on 02-07-2021 for claiming tuition fee
reimbursement.
7. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved
category candidates (BC/SC/ST).
8. NCC/Sports/CAP/PH certificates wherever and whenever applicable.
9. Minority Certificate in case of minority candidates
10. EWS certificate in case of EWS candidates

USER MANUAL FOR PERFORMING THE ABOVE ACTIVITY
Enter the URL https://appolycetd.nic.in in address bar.
Press Enter. You will get the following screen.
Select the User Type College
Enter the User Id . The user Id string is of 10 character length is communicated to your mobile
number available in our records through SMS (your POLYCET counselling code followed by
555555 OR 5555 depending on length of college code 4 characters or 6 characters ( as the case
may be).
Initially the password is set as that of User Id (10 character length)
e.g.

Enter the college code (POLYCET counselling code of your college).
Enter the CAPCHA code and Click on SIGN IN.
You are required to change the initially set password. The password shall be of 10 character
string containing a combination of lower case and upper case alphabets and digits.
If the change of password is successful, you will get the display.
Login again with the new password set by yourself.
You can view the details of candidates allotted in a given branch using the link Seat
allotment list for a college as well as perform candidates joining details entry and also
college mobile registration and summary seat position links.
When the link Seat allotment list, the list of candidates allotted in all branches of the
college will be displayed and can be printed.
Candidates have been instructed to accept their willingness to join the allotted
college/course through self reporting system. Candidate shall use his credentials such as
POLYCET hallticket number, loginID, date of birth and the password set by self to login
and express willingness by click on Self reporting system. The check box against the
candidates reported through self reporing system will be highlighted(Enabled).
When the link Candidate joining details entry is selected, the following screen will be
displayed. Enter college counseling code and branch code.
Candidates were also instructed to report to the college allotted.
College authorities shall click in the check box when the candidate approaches the
college for joining. An acknowledgement for having reported shall be given to the
candidate on a xerox copy of the allotment order and joining report to avoid any
disputes.
The Principals of the polytechnic are informed to upload the joining details on or
before 18/10/2021. Utmost care should be taken while entering the joining details to
avoid the inconvienence to the candidates and also to the CONVENOR.
If a candidate directly approaches the college for joining, he/she shall be insisted to
express his acceptance through self reporting system first.
COLLEGE MOBILE REGISTRATION:
The Principals are requested to register their official mobile number to get password in
case you forget the password.
Click on college mobile registration
Enter college counselling code and official mobile number and click on update with this process
mobile is registered.
Password shall be maintained confidential to ensure correctness of entries and misuse
by others. If the password is forgotten, use the facility FORGOT PASSWORD provided in
the home page of https://appolycetd.nic.in.
Click on Forgot your password.The following screen is displayed.
Select user type college, enter UserID and registered mobile number and click on Get New
Password. The new password will be sent to the mobile.
