Your training will be under Mr. Parveen Satija   Manager-Finance based out at Mohali. 2. All decisions on the exact nature of the project / assignment and the location of such projects will be communicated to you in due course by your Guide. The nature of the project will be based on the organization and such it will remain the prerogative of the company to alter or re-define any project / location if need be, before and during the course of the project. 3. During the internship you will abide by such rules and regulations of the company as may be made applicable to you and shall at all times carry out such assignments as may be communicated to you by your Reporting Officer / Project Guide. 4. You shall not be entitled to any stipend nor shall be eligible for any benefits whatsoever as applicable to other employees of company. 5. It is clearly understood that this will be a temporary Project assignment for mutual benefit and the company will bear no liability whatsoever for any other contingent expenses or claims. 6. The training does not entitle you for any regular employment with the organization. SUBJECT: GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT TRAINEES 

We welcome you for project assignment in our Organization. We expect that you will undergo

the training seriously and will avail of the training facilities in the best possible manner.

Your attention is specifically drawn you the following:-

1.  You will report the undersigned on the commencement as well as on completion of your

training.

2.  You are expected to observe the general discipline and work as per the practices and

procedure of the department where you are placed for training.

3.  Office timing are as follows :-

Monday to Friday – 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Lunch Breaks  – 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

4.  Please note that company shall not be responsible in any way in the event of any accident

during the training period.

5.  On completion of your assignment, you are expected to make presentation on you

assignment to your project guide and the HR representative for evaluation.

6.  You are required to submit a training / project report to HR on completion of the

assignment.

7.  The dress code at the workplace is formal and therefore wearing jeans, T-shirts, or any

other casuals dress except on Friday should be avoided.

8.  In case you are found violating any of the rules, the management reserves the right to

take appropriate action including discontinuance of your training.
