1. FACT is the system of thinking to approach advocacy process

2. Consultation process is a key process in order to approach the target group

3. Expert advisory help very much the organization to understand the methodology and to implement the plan

• Difficulty encountered- Communication gap- Time frame dicipline

• Possibility discovered- finding other potentials instead of planned
