B21 Team Planning Meeting Reflection Questions Use this form in Step 4 to help prepare families for a planning meeting. Our planning meeting for your child is scheduled for ___________________________________. Our program is committed to helping all children be the best they can be. Having strong social skills and being able to cope with emotions is at the core of being happy, healthy, and successful in life. During our meeting we will review your child’s DECA-P2 assessment results for Initiative, Self-Regulation, and Attachment/Relationships as well as on the Behavioral Concerns scale. Together, we will explore your child’s strengths and some possible goals and strategies to best support his/her social and emotional growth. We know that by doing this and working as a team we will be able to enhance your child’s learning and development. Below are some of the questions we are going to discuss during the meeting. We know that you know your child best. Please feel free to add any comments or additional questions to this list. We look forward to planning together to build up your child’s strengths. 1.
