Shri guruji married to shri maa  Anjani devi shrivastav .shri gurudev ji has two lovely sons shri  Subodh shrivastav  and shri  Om shrivastav .

performed meditation for many year and he tried to know the mystery of mind by the easy way .Then shri gurudev ji by the grace of  Param Pujniya Bhagwan  Shri MAHAKAL  ji  (Jyotir ling  Ujjain , m.p. ). got the certified  & powerful system of Apnaa dhyan.

Achievement of dhyan -We with the help of  teachings of guruji & system of apnaa dhyan should activate our”achetan man” and atichetan man”. We should open our inner vision , outer vision , subtle  vision anddivine vision. We should  get  unseen world  sound , property of time , kundlini  jagran and original knowledge through sanctity of mental development .

ABOUT APNAA DHYAN Object of the  “apna dhyan “ committee-To teach apnaa dhyan. To publicize and expand “apna dhyan”.To establish 'Apna dhyan Kendra’ in the world wise cities & villages To develop internal energy & mental energy. To  make the people to stand for the nation & religion. meaning of dhyan1. To purify the thoughts.2. To be like an innocent child (the state)3. To get the divine & original knowledge though “sadhna “(devotion)4. in sadhana (devotion) we have nothing to do but we have to achive the knowledge.5 .“dhyan me darshan” is the moment of that state where the past and future ends .  memory & imagination becomes void..Apnaa  dhyan - World’s best & wonderful certified method of apna  dhyan has 7 levels.Its first level is of 15 minutes .this is also divided in  3 stages of 5 minutes. By performing this dhyan we get the following things.1. Fulfillment of our will desire .2. Naming of ourselve /our mind3  ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,new thoughts,                      4)during dhyan we get concentration stability & balance.After first level of dhyan (in second level) we start  getting   natural energy  directly .this is the direct transformation of chetan man (………) into achetan man (…………….). Also this is worlds best dhyan which is performed with  the thought of our mind .we write our name on the forehead with the help of our breath .All parts of our body work continuously and carefully with the  help of dhyan.

 Getting  ready to dhyan preparation- 1. Light (burn) one agarbatti .2.  Keep the small pot /bowl filled  with  water .3.  Sit on the …….. seat (cloth) having your face to the west side .4.  You should  sit in such a way so that you do not have tension & pain .5.  Sit in ‘sukhasan ‘  keeping  your palm (of head) on your knees.6.  Keep the hand backbone straight so that your belly  (stomach) hot have wrinkles on it.  7.  Keep your mobile silent and side.Apna dhyan material -1. Agar batti ( insense  stick )  2. Carpet.  3. White cotton dress.  4. White socks. 5. Steel bowl.  6. Water 7. Cloth  seat.  Step   -  1  ( 5 Min. , 2 Object )  Direction -   Keep Your eyes and Mouth close  for 15 minutes and during dhyan   “Sankalp”                    ( ……………. ) speak loudly.Sankalp  (Hole Power)- 1. That  I  shri   ………………  ( your  Full name )  to  eradicate  my  all Evils. 2. See  the  smily  face  of  yourself.

(Write your Full name  )3.  Date of birth…………………… ( 00.00.0000 / DD.MM.YYYY )4.   See your Normal Common face.5.  Think of one limited desire/will to think. Step  - 3  ( 5 Min. ,  8 Object )   Direction –  See the skin of our body  parts than top to bottom very slowly.See  Stomach / belly   top to bottom  very  slowly.See Both  hands   top to bottom  very slowly.See Both leg   top to bottom   very   slowly.Again stomach/belly   top to bottom very  slowly.Both hand   top to bottom  very  slowly.Throat    top to bottom  very  slowly.Normal  Face  top to bottom very  slowly.One limited Desire/will to think.Ø      Open your eyes -  keep  the palm  of your hands  on your eyes.     twinkle the eyelid  three times. open  the eyes and touch the weak / painful parts of body.Apna Dhyan Directions-1.       Apna  dhyan can be performed at any time.2.       No binding s (rules) for taking bath wearing particular clothes and meal.3.       Apna  dhyan is always beneficial &harmless.4.       It can be performed for 5 minutes minimum to any longer period as 5 10 15 min.5.       And the period can be increased or decreased as we desive.

Method of using cloth seat-1.        cloth seat should be spread  over  on any sheet or carpet.2.        keep the …………. colour  to the upper side when you sit to dhyan.3.        cloth seat is made of cotton cloth without washing and it is sanctified /abhimantrit.4.        …………. colour of the cloth seat should be kept on upper side & the  …………  colour   to the lower side.5.  keep away the cloth seat from water metal –person & mobile.6.  Washed  , dirty  & torn cloth seat is not allowed  to use.  Apna dhyan and breathing activity-A man breath’s  16 times in a minute . By performing  Apna  dhyan  you can decrease your breathing to 6 times . It can be decreased by practice of apna dhyan . Which give us health happiness, peace & tension free life.Why should we write date of birth in hindi numeral/number   ??? except no.8In every number of hindi table we find (0) zero .Zero is a symbol of const………  of all elements of the universe .so  the date of birth is written in Hindi numbered.

Position of hands  -  “mudra”  ( Natural  pose )Palm mudra name - (  gyan , dhyan , abhay , Chin )   - keep your palm as in gyan  mudra. Here index finger &   thumb finger with their tip position shoulder  join together . The other three finger will remain  joint and straight as well as little down to the earth. Palm of the hands will remain facing up to the sky.  Your hands should be kept straight then the elbows.
