Our condition-based Major Overhaul Services consist of the following:

Strip, Inspection and Assessment of your gas turbine.

Identification of components / sub-assemblies requiring replacement.

Kitting of hardware to re-build and Overhaul unit.

Re-build of Overhauls to OEM design criteria.

Overhaul unit test, either to a standard Works Test scope or to a pre-defined Customer Witness Test.

We are experienced in providing maintenance solutions to our customers, even in the most remote locations. By choosing a Siemens Overhaul, you can benefit from an Overhaul being conducted directly at your site or via our global network of state-of-the-art service centres.

Lease core: a replacement unit of the same specification, supplied to your site, whilst your original unit is returned for Overhaul at Lincoln, UK.

Service Exchange: a replacement unit of the same specification, supplied to your site to provide a serviceable Gas Turbine for operation up to your next major Service Interval. This unit will have been overhauled, with the latest improvements incorporated as standard.

Teal Park Overhaul facilities also include a Rotor Build Cell to reduce rotor overhaul time and allow for increased capacity.

The Rotor Build Cell incorporates a World-Class temperature controlled Rotor Build Enclosure and bespoke

zero gravity Rotor Disc Manipulators with new tooling developments to speed up build time and reduce foot print.

We have also installed a Schenck High Speed Balancing facility, capable of balancing Rotors up to 6 metres long, 1.7 metres in diameter and weighing 12,500kg.

Reliable Delivery

Our various overhaul options are sup-ported by a pool of core engines, with approximately 100 engines cycling between Customer sites and the Overhaul Centre in Lincoln, UK.

Over 18,000 items are available for immediate dispatch, ranging from fasteners to complete core engine assemblies.
