Headline font placed in text box- bold and eye catching, yet simplistic and clean. There is also very little text used, simply stating the title of the programme as well as when it will be aired, and a link to the Channel4 website underneath. This makes the information about the product quick and easy to read and remember.

The white font set against a red text box, enables the information about the programme to stand out and draw the audiences attention

The Channel4 production company logo is set off to the right side of the image, making it’s bold white colour stands out, whilst also due to it’s size being noticeable but not overwhelming or distracting from the audiences eye from the image or text

Very powerful and metaphorical main image that relates well to the programme’s title and presumed content, as well as being rather shocking and disturbing, thus gaining the audience’s attention

Dingy lighting on brick wall background reflects the dark, threatening content

Sinister, eerie image evoking more serious, ominous messages

Channel 4 as an institution More4 is a branch of Channel4 specifically dedicated to

documentaries and lifestyle programmes. When searching on their website, after selecting the Lifestyle section they provide a wide range of documentaries, varying in sub-genres from medical and surgical, travel and cultural.

As well as this wide range of genres there is also a selection of short documentaries, lasting generally around 3 or 4 minutes long. The often have a humorous undertone and often regard some sort of lifestyle topic, whether it be a lavish lifestyle or extreme diets. These mini productions serve more as entertaining anecdotes.
