Conducted preliminary ROI, factoring in effort-year and capital savings, to build a case study-type justification for project prioritization
Developed tools for conducting a Project Management Maturity Assessment, and performed an evaluation of the organization’s maturity level using those tools using the Project Management Institute’s model as a foundation;
