Kelompok kontrol negatif dengan perlakuan diberikan castor oil dengan

volume penyuntikan sebanyak 1,0 mL peroral.

c. Suspensi ekstrak etanol dosis 182, 364, dan 728 mg/kgBB

Ekstrak etanol buah salak disuspensikan dalam larutan CMC-Na 0,5%.

Larutan CMC-Na 0,5% dibuat dengan cara menimbang 500 mg CMC-Na lalu

dilarutkan dalam aquadest ad 100 ml.

Suspensi ekstrak etanol buah salak dosis 182 mg/kgBB.
