As your Director-at-Large, I would continue to lead by example in encouraging membersto actively contribute to the education of ECFC's membership. During my tenure, I haveattended seminars and been an active voice, including:

• Served, and continue to serve, on both the Education Committee and the ConferenceCommittee.

• Serve on the programing work group for the Conference Committee.• Developed and presented numerous presentations for ECFC conferences and

webinars.• Assisted with the development of the COBRA designation, including development of

the COBRA and Mergers and Acquisitions slide deck, as well as the AdvancedFlexible Compensation Certification (ACFC) designation.

Today's dynamic and fluid health care climate makes this both an exciting andchallenging time for ECFC and its membership.
