Main Roles:
Ensure that Production and Maintenance activities are performed as per plan in a cost effective manner and in compliance with HSE rules.
Ensure that modifications and equipment overhauls are executed according to company requirements, safety rules and good practice.
Ensure integrity of the facilities and tools and proper follow-up of corrective actions.
A. HSE: Ensure that all Maintenance Electrical activities are performed in compliance with HSE
rules.B. Overall Duty:
Prepare and validate Electrical Maintenance programs in line with production plan and strategy adopted.
Act as RPE (Responsible Electrical Person), responsible for all electrical installations at site.
Issue and ensure correct implementation of Electrical Safety Rules and Procedures. Specify the methods for isolation /de-isolation to be used for different HV& LV electrical
equipment and system in site.
Plan and ensures appropriate development technical and safety training of electrical personnel.
Interview and asses electrical staff to assign proper electrical authorization level. Supervise and monitor implementation of above programs in liaison with site teams (no
backlog). Make recommendation to improve and optimize Electrical tasks. Evaluates technical solutions to problems/issues encountered, with equipment
manufacturers/suppliers. Provides support to Production and Maintenance activities on site and assesses the
quality of the site operations through regular audits and inspections. Develop Maintenance procedures. Analyse failures and propose solution to correct the problem associated with failures. Identify critical spare parts and ensure their availability in stock. Manage and optimize Electrical spare parts stock (definition of min /max stock/safety
stocks). Perform cost analysis of Electrical activities and propose solutions to reduce costs. Participate to the preparation of the Maintenance budgets for the Electrical part. Issue and maintain electrical equipment records. Makes recommendation to improve and optimise Electrical tasks. Prepare documentation files for each equipment, including spare parts lists.
C. Support to Maintenance & Production Activities: Provide support to Production and Maintenance activities on site and assess the quality
of the site operations through regular audits and inspections. Reports anomalies with maintenance work instructions or procedures to ensure continual
improvement Ensures that equipment overhauls are executed according to company requirements,
safety rules and good practice. Reviews any work carried out by contractors to ensure it has been efficiently executed to
an acceptable standard Analyse shutdown reports and assist Production and Maintenance teams for
troubleshooting.
D. Modifications and projects: Assist the Head of Maintenance Methods in the definition of modifications: review
modifications requests from Production and Maintenance teams, prepare technical dossier.
Ensure CMMS is updated following plant modifications, create new equipment stocked items as necessary.
Participates in FAT or others audits, when requested. Ensure that final documentation is adequate: operating and maintenance manuals, as-
built drawings.

Main Roles: Ensure verification and inspection is completed as per approved Quality Plans,
procedures, standards and specifications. Loop testing of low voltage circuits and Fiber optic cables. Inspection of electrical installation of switchgear and step down transformers, UPS
systems and start up motors for compliance with Company Procedures and International standards.
Verification of Factory Acceptance Test of electrical packages such as switchgears, step down transformers, ac motors, diesel generators and HVAC.
Testing of Cathodic Protection systems (CP) including Testing and commissioning of temporary sacrificial anode for CP system and permanent impressed current CP for underground plant pipeline network.
Inspection of Fiber Optic cable installation, including fiber Optic cable splicing and continuity testing
Document Control of inspection reports, non-compliance reports (NCR); prepare and maintain inspection reports.
Ensure Electrical equipments Packages comply with Company and International specifications.
Ensure Contractors compliance with site HSE requirements.
Skills: SAP business suite Electrical Maintenance Project Engineering HAZOP Inspection Commissioning Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Installation of computer hardware and software. Pspice (circuits design and implementation software).
