India's Vikram Malhotra won his fifth PSA title after beating Egypt's Youssef Ibrahim in the final of the Abu Dhabi Open.

The top seeded Indian, fresh from the Asian Championship held in Chennai, beat Hesham Mohamed Aly of Egypt in the first round and then seventh seed Ahmad Al-Saraj of Jordan in the quarters.

$5,000 Men's SYS Open, Southampton, NY, USA - 14 May 2017US-based Indian squash player Ramit Tandon has won his maiden professional title with a convincing win over compatriot Kush Kumar in the SYS Open.

The one-time top Indian junior, Tandon, who had come into this event as a qualifier beat third seed Kumar 11-3, 11 -2, 11-3 in the final. This was Tandon's third appearance in a Professional Squash Association final.

Following his success in Malaysia, Indian squash player Harinder Pal Sandhu bagged another PSA title when he beat Mohd Syafiq Kamal in the final of Makati Open. Sandhu stormed past his Malaysian opponent 11-5, 11-7, 11-7.

The Indian had moved into the final after accounting for fourth seed Tang Ming Hong of Hong Kong 11-5, 11-7, 11-6. A quarterfinalist in the Asian Championship held last month in Chennai, Harinder had showcased his abilities in Malaysia soon after, in a PSA tournament by winning his sixth career title.
