3. Ensure rule of law services are free from political interference
4. Ensure that ‘serious crime’ and property issues are properly dealt with including executive control of cases by EULEX and encouragement of cooperation structures
5. Develop cooperation and coordination in rule of law services to combat organized crime
6. Contribute to the fight against corruption fraud/financial crime
7. Assist the implementation of anti corruption strategy and action plan
8. Assuming executive responsibilities to ensure rule of law, public order and security
