An Insightful Look Into The Past, Present, and Future of Electric Cars By: Michael Chance for Solar Energy USA There is a new film out entitled Revenge Of The Electric Car which documents the exciting journey of the three major electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers Tesla Motors, Nissan, and General Motors as they each attempt to remold the automobile industry and the future of personal transportation. And while Revenge illustrates how each car company introduces an EV model that is truly unique and innovative, the first modern electric vehicle was actually produced over a decade ago back in 1996.
