We  were  discussing  politics..until  a  guy  I  had  seen  before  appeared  by  the  entrance

When  he  saw  Namu..they  guy  almost  turned  but  it  was  too  late.

Now  weeks  after  am  told  this  is  them  same  Joe  who  was  one  of  Mungiki  top  guys

clearly  this  guy  living  in  an  high  end  apartment  is...you  guessed  it...is  here  as  an  ICC  witness

Yes..he  bragged  that  we  wait  and  see  that  Saitoti  will  be  killed,  he  will  die  either  by  being  shot  dead  or  any  other  way

He  never  gave  details  but  he  kept  saying  it  and  sure  enough  after  the  plane  crash,  he  called  Jimmy  the  restaurant  owner  and  bragged  “  I  TOLD  YOU  –  You  see”  (EMPHASIS  Intentional)

You  appreciate  that’s  a  very  serious  issue  if  I  required  you  to  sign  and  swear  an  affidavit  at  a  lawyer  of  your  choice  would  you  do  that?  As  a  way

Sure  I  would,  as  long  as  it  remains  confidential,  but  when  required  you  can  use  it  he  kept  telling  every  Kenyan  around  it’s  a  fact  he  knew  about  Saitoti’s  death  and  he  even  had  guts  to  claim  bragging  rights  when  Saitoti  finally  died

Waaah…  sorry  for  the  silence  over  the  last  two  weeks,  been  abit  busy,  ….not  even  journalism  easily  gets  such  kind  of  details,  Social  Media  has  clearly  changed  how  we  gather  information,  what  I  will  do  because  now  the  Saitoti  commission  has  started  its  hearings  I  will  share  this  with  Saitoti’s  Lawyer  is  that  okay?
