Producing a decided, decisive, or desiredeffect or result. An effective walk is a walkthat gets the desired results. It also meansto mature, to grow, and move forward in ourwalk with God.

Maturity:Maturity is the quality or state of beingmature. It means full development. Tobecome fully developed.

We begin to mature in 3 ways:

1. How we think. (convictions)

2. How we feel. (character)

3. How we act. (conduct)
