The entire Integrity team celebrates its 10th anniversary at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre.

A LOT can happen in 10 years. For Integrity Real Estate Nowra, who inJuly celebrates a decade since its doorswere first opened to the public, thechanges have meant better value forclients.

Integrity Real Estate Nowra was thebrainchild of both Peter Russell andKate Cummins and began operations onJuly 1, 2003.

When the doors to this business firstopened at 88 Worrigee Street in Nowra,offering real estate, propertymanagement and sales marketingservices, the team consisted of Pete,Kate and four others.

Since then, Peter andKate have doubled thesize of their premises.

This was achievedthrough, not only adedication to customerservice, but also afundamentalawareness of theinfluence moderntechnology has on thereal estate industry.

With a move to 90Worrigee Street,Integrity Real EstateNowra has increased

its propertymanagementdepartment from oneproperty manager toa team of 11.

The salesdepartment nowconsists of nine salesstaff and fouradministration staff,with the Integrityteam as a wholecomprising over 30staff.

This represents a500 per cent increase

in staff at Integrity Real Estate Nowrasince its inception 10 years ago, makingit the largest independently owned real estate agency in the Shoalhaven.

Integrity is also focused on ensuringstaff have further options forprogressing through the company andhas welcomed to its board of directorslong-standing sales staffer KellyPritchard.

With the company expanding andprogressing at such a fast rate, having athird company director has improvedinternal functioning and has provided a stronger basis for future expansionplans.

INTEGRITY Real Estate Nowra’s directors were thrilled to mark thecompany’s 10 year anniversary.

Here they share their thoughts on reaching this business milestone.

INTEGRITY Real Estate Nowra’sdirector and owner Peter Russellhosted the company’s 10 yearbirthday celebration for morethan 200 clients, friends andstaff members (current andformer), who shared the successand growth of the business overthe years.

Mr Russell said there has beena great expansion over the pastdecade with the opening of theJervis Bay, Berry and Stratabranches.

“We hope to eventually expandinto other areas, build moreoffices and provide strongerservices for the needs of theclients and customers,” MrRussell said.

“There has been an amazingturn out tonight, with afantastic group of people.

“The Integrity group is a familyand I want to thank everyonefor their hard work anddedication,” he said.

KELLY Pritchard, director with IntegrityReal Estate Nowra said she has beenworking at Integrity for seven years.

She said the difference with Integrity wasthat it is a young, new office, setting adifferent and exciting standard for realestate.

“We are really proud of our employment,we have a lot more females in our officethan most real estates and we help all ofour staff members to grow with thebusiness,” she said.

“From 2009 to 2011 the business has morethan doubled.”

LEO Paternoster is the director of IntegrityReal Estate’s newest edition to thebusiness’s family in strata management.

Mr Paternoster said the initiative allowsclients to see Integrity as a one stop shopfor insurance, maintenance and building.

“I’ve been on board with Integrity sinceNovember,” he said.

“The attraction to working with Peter hasalways been my admiration for his hardwork, with his success he is also modestand a great coffee drinker.

“The sign of a great boss is a great coffeedrinker. No coffee, not happy.”

Mr Paternoster said Integrity’s 10thbirthday celebration was a milestone,celebrating Peter’s ability to foresee theopportunity of expansion and going for it.

Joining the celebration forIntegrity Real Estate’s 10thbirthday bash, she said that overthe last 18 years she has workedin real estate in the local area,she has noticed a significantchange in the market.

“Back when I started we didn’thave the Sydney buyers, but

over the last few years thebuyers from Sydney have reallypicked up, looking to theShoalhaven area for a certainlifestyle,” Ms Elliott said.

“Our main market and strengthcontinues to be the local market.

“There are a significantnumber of local peoplecontinuing to buy within thearea.”

INTEGRITY Real Estate directorAble Walsh is from the Jervis Baybranch. He said the office therehas been open since 2006 andwas already growing intosomething bigger and better,continuing the strong localbrand’s legacy.

“I see Jervis Bay developing intothe Byron Bay of the South

Coast,” Mr Walsh said.“We have a strong local team

and an expanding market withlots of activity in propertyselling.

“The development which hasbeen on the cusp for many yearsis now happening, includingJervis Bay’s first four-storeyapartment.”
