I t shal l be lawful for t h e said H e n r y H i l l Osborne Pa t r i ck H i l l Osborne Al ick Osborne a n d Ben Marsha l l Osborne or o ther t h e Trustees of t he said will a n d codicil for the t i m e be ing to g r a n t leases of all or a n y of t h e lands a n d he red i t aments described in t h e Schedule here to or any of t h e m or any par t thereof and also all or any pa r t of t h e lands or rea l estate of t h e said H e n r y Osborne deceased now vested or t o become vested in t he said H e n r y Hi l l Osborne P a t r i c k Hi l l Osborne Al ick Osborne and Ben Marsha l l Osborne or other t he Trustees for t h e t ime be ing of t h e said will and codicil for bui ld ing purposes or o ther purposes of improvement for t e rms not exceeding n ine ty-n ine years to t ake effect in possession and n o t in reversion or b y way of fu ture in teres t so as the re be reserved in every such lease t he best r e n t that; can be reasonably obtained for t he said lands and hered i taments or a n y of t h e m or a n y p a r t thereof wi thou t t a k i n g any fine p r e m i u m or foregift for t h e g r a n t i n g thereof and so as the re be conta ined in every such lease proper and reasonable covenants and agreements b y every such lessee for t h e due p a y m e n t of t he r e n t reserved the reby a n d a power of re -en t ry for n o n - p a y m e n t of such r en t and so as t he respect ive lessees duly execute a dupl icate or coun te rpa r t of such lease.

I t shall be lawful for t he said H e n r y H i l l Osborne P a t r i c k : H i l l Osborne Al ick Osborne and Ben Marsha l l Osborne or other t he Trustees of t h e said will and codicil for t he t ime be ing to m a k e lay out and al ter and concur in t he m a k i n g laying out and a l te r ing of any roads streets or ways on and over any p a r t or pa r t s of t he said lands he red i t ament s and premises and also to u n d e r t a k e and concur in u n d e r t a k i n g any works for and to m a k e erect and car ry out and concur in m a k i n g erec t ing and ca r ry ing out any erections sewers drains watercourses l amps l igh t ing or any o ther works which m a y in thei r discretion conduce to t h e be t t e r laying out or le t t ing of t he said lands and he red i t ament s or t h e convenience and en joyment of those persons who m a y have t a k e n on lease any pa r t thereof T h e cost of a n y such works on the pa r t of t he said person or persons ac t ing u n d e r t he powers given by th is section or the i r propor t ion of such cost shall for t h e purpose of th i s A c t be held to be costs and expenses of a n d inc identa l to leases he reunde r and re ta inable accordingly P o r any of t he purposes of this section such person or persons m a y reserve and dedicate e i ther absolutely or u p o n any condi t ion any pa r t or par t s of t h e said lands he red i t ament s and premises .
