1、Document Description
1.1 Purpose
As a corporate-level smart SAAS cloud platform based on big data and artificial
intelligence technologies, WisersOne helps companies raise brand value, optimize
distribution and marketing effects, enhance reputation management, explore
market information, prevent business risks, as well as make business decisions.
This document is aimed to describe the functions of WisersOne and help users
master the usage of the platform.
1.2 Definition
WisersOne platform (hereinafter referred to as "platform")
2、Environment Requirements for Platform Operation
Browser: Google Chrome is recommended for best results. The platform also
supports other browers, such as Internet Explorer 11.0, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and
360 Speed Browser.
Resolution: The best screen resolution is 1366 x 768.

3、Platform Functions Introduction
3.1 Login
Login address: www.wisersone.com or wisers.one.
3.1.1 Login page
Enter into the system via the group name, user name and password provided
by Wisers or administrator on the login page.
Click “Remember my login”, user can directly enter into the platform, team
and user account without inputting password next time.
User can also log in by clicking “WeChat login” in the lower part of the
page.
(1)If the user has connected his login with WeChat account, he can enter
into the platform by scanning the QR code.

(2)If you do not have WeChat account bound, please click “Binding” button
and then access of user binding will appear. Please input group name, user name
and user password, and then click “WeChat Binding” button. User can scan QR
code above the screen to have WeChat bound. Subsequently, user can log into the
system directly by scanning WeChat QR code.
3.1.2 Forget the password
If users forgot password for login, they can apply to reset their password. Move
mouse to “forgot password” to get contact ways for customer services.

3.2 Platform function module introduction
WisersOne’six function modules are classified into four categories, including
Media Intelligence, Social Marketing,Discover&Analysis and Industry Trends. The
platform will show you corresponding module according to the content you
purchase. At the same time, you can also customize the module sequence.
3.2.1 Media Intelligence Function Module Demonstration
Media Intelligence has three modules: Data Center, Tracking Analysis and Alert
Center.
3.2.1.1 Data Center
In Data Center, you can view all the articles in every monitoring item. You can
also select and browse the articles by date, sentiment and media type according to
your viewing habits.

Click “Setting” to enter the “DIY Folder” page, where you can configure the
monitoring settings.
The left side is the folder (a) created, while the right side is the subfolder of (a)
and monitoring items (b).
1)Create Folder
Steps: Click and enter Monitoring Project Management page click the
button on the top right hand corner create new folders create new monitoring

2) Create Monitoring Items
Steps: Click and enter the Monitoring Project Management page click the
button on the top right hand corner click and enter “Create Montior” for

Name of Monitored Items : You can edit the name of monitoring item;
Keywords : You can set keywords and choose the way to enter your keywords.
Click the sign to view the logical description. Apart from entering keywords

according to search logic as shown in the example above (entering ten keywords
under each group of logic), you can choose to enter the keywords directly (100
keywords can be entered in one go);
Monitoring time:You can set the beginning and closing time to conduct
monitoring in a specific period of time. You can also choose to start now and check
the“Continuous monitoring”box;
Industry Media Solution : You could select media of related regions or designate
certain media for monitoring. The media range should not be null.
Customized Media List: You can design your own media list by region and
source as needed.

Designated media: You can select the media as needed. Simply follow the
graphic instruction and fill in the form.
3) Display Setting
After setting up the monitoring items, you can log into the data center and
click the setting button to change the news display setting according to your
viewing habits.

4)Search Function
You can perform quick search by entering keywords. You can also refine your
searches by clicking the button on the top right hand corner.
You may also input folder names or monitoring items in the folder list search
column (a) to perform quick search.
If you have added a "tag" to the article of interest, you can enter the tag name
in the search column (a) to browse relevant news articles.

5)Screening Function
Click button , you can filter the news articles by monitoring item, date,
sentiment, media type. You can also create customized filters with multiple selection
criteria.
6)Sort Order Ways

• Select “Latest” or “Earliest” to display the issued articles in chronologically
ascending or descending order
• Select “Most Recent Received Time” to display the articles sorted in
chronological descending order, i.e., from the latest to the oldest.
• Select “Most Relevant” to sort the articles after clustering by topics in
descending order or ascending order.
• Select “Highest Number of Similar Headlines” to sort the articles after
clustering by topics in descending order or ascending order.
• Select “Most Number of Words” to sort the articles with word count in
descending order or ascending order.
• Select “Media Name(A to Z)” or “Media Name(Z to A)” to display media in
alphabetical order according to their names, either from A to Z or Z to A.

• Select “Editor’s Picks” to display articles in order as sorted by the editor. All
articles can be sorted in customized order based on selection criteria set under
the current folder.
7)View Articles
Click the article, then information such as headline, summary, publication name
and sentiment will be displayed on the right hand side.
Information that can be shown include headline, content, original URL,
publication name, author, layout, word count, media value assessment, among
others; after selecting “keyword”, the keywords can be highlighted.

8)Article Operation
The Data Center supports selection by batch. You can select the articles of
interest, then proceed with functions such as print, download, delete, move, copy,
among others. You can point to the left side of the publication name, click “ ”
to select the article.
3.2.1.1.1 Generate custom reports
Select the article material to generate the report and click add to the material library

Enter the report preview page, preview the report at the same time you can edit the
text content of the report, after the editing is completed click download or email,
start to generate the report, after the report generation can go to the report center
-DIY report to view all reports.
3.2.1.2 Tracking Analysis
In the tracking analysis module, the platform will conduct automatic
intelligence analysis based on the content that you have been monitoring. With just
a single click, you can analyze the communication status of the content and
understand the development trend. When entering the tracking analysis module,
the first monitoring item will be shown by default, while the rest of the list will not
be shown. Hot articles, latest articles, and negative articles can be displayed on the
right hand side of the page.

We can shed light on the communication status of the content by analyzing
the trends of communication, media, and sentiment.
Communication analysis refers to tracking the number of articles published by
different media within a certain time period. Point the cursor to any curve, a list of
articles under the selected media type at that point in time will be shown on the
right hand side of the page.
Media analysis includes popular media, important and popular media, negative
media, important and negative media. If you click any media in the chart, the
relevant articles will pop up immediately on the right hand side.

Sentiment analysis refers to the analysis of positive, negative and neutral
sentiment of netizens with regards to information of a specific brand,
communication crisis, promotions, celebrity, among others. This is conducted based
on natural language analytical technology. Positive and negative buzzwords from
articles can also be displayed.

Media Region analysis refers to analyzing the sentiment according to media’s
geographic location. Click on the region, and the relevant articles will pop up on
the right hand side.
3.2.1.3 Account Tracking
Under the main list of account tracking, users can carry out time screening,
online writer filtration, batch operation and report generation. Users can add the
accounts that need to be monitored according to their own demand to make

multi-dimension analysis, including account trend, public sentiment monitoring,
key content and fans analysis.
① Create a Weibo account for tracking
STEP1: In the interface of Weibo, input Weibo account keyword or account
interlinkage

3.2.1.4 Post Tracking
Monitored posts have been listed under the main list of post tracking. Users
can set ordering rule, search with keyword or account name, do batch settings and
generate a report. Users can create a post that needs to be monitored according to
their demand, and filter the online writers of the post and make analysis from
dissemination overview, dissemination trend, dissemination path, participators,
public sentiment, key content and short connection.

3.2.1.5 Alert Center
The alert center module can show that you have discovered and analyzed
sensitive news in time, and can achieve real-time delivery of concerned news via e-
mail.

A new warning item includes: (a) Alert names; (b) Status; (c) Alert conditions;
(d) Frequency; (e) alert delivery. As high as ten mailbox addresses can be added to
the list of recipients of the signal.
2)Alert Center
On the left side of this module is the threshold for warning (a)“ ”means the
warning has been activated; on the right side is the diary demonstrating sensitive
news triggering warnings on that day; (b) On the top of the list is the number of

sensitive new reports triggering warnings on that day; (c) A summary reviewing all
sensitive news triggering warnings on that day. News list shows both the intra-day
negative information and the information within a designated period (no latter than
alert day); The negative classification is shown on the list, and operations such as
printing, downloading, e-mail and deleting can be made.
Please note:
①The alert articles are shown in the form of alert time, alert condition and
article list (articles are shown in accordance with their release time). Alert time is
based on the time you set in alert management, frequency and delivery time of alert
mail, rather than the release time of each alert article. Each alert article is sequenced
in accordance with monitoring item at first and then sequenced in accordance with
its release time.
②Operation on articles of alert center is identical to the operation on articles
of data center.
3.2.1.6 Report Center
View all DIY reports or analysis reports online.

3.2.1.6.1 DIY Report
In the report center -DIY report, you can browse all the customized generated
reports online. You can also download the reports in the report details or send the
reports by email.
3.2.1.6.2 Analysis Report
You can browse all of the reports provided by Wisers in the report center, and
categorize them according to different industries (a) and types (b) . When the
content of the reports is too long, you can input the keyword in search (c) for a
quick search to find your target reports. You can also filter target reports from the
sorting(d).
If you click on the report title, the report details, such as the title of the report,
uploader and upload time, can be displayed on the right side of the page. Click

3.2.1.7 Industry news
Industry news is collected based on in-depth industry knowledge
classification conducted by Chinese semantic experts. News that closely related to
the industry is selected to ensure the timeliness of information. We classify the
industry into Bank, Automobile, Futures, Real estate, Pharmacy, Aviation, E-
commerce, P2P and Beauty so that you can master relevant information such as
industry policies, industry news and industry negative news the first time.

You can click on the specified date in your calendar to browse corresponding
news of the day.
3.2.2 Social Marketing Function Module Demonstration
There are one modules under Social Marketing, namely WiseInfluencer.
3.2.2.1 WiseSocial
WiseSocial is to provide you with brand public praise analysis, evaluation of
marketing effect, consumer insight and analysis on communication of special
events. and there are four modules under WiseSocial, namely campaign tracking,
account tracking, post tracking and comparison.
1)Campaign Tracking
Click and enter campaign tracking, and each monitored special event is
categorized into overview, post and chart. Number of posts, hot words, type of
hot words, popular authors, emotional analysis, key focus, keywords, post
information and related analysis chart are shown. Users can filter by date,
media types and media regions according to their actual needs.

Create a new group on pull-down menu: Input the name of new group and
click “create”.
Keywords:
Input a keyword and press “Enter” (or comma) to create a keyword;
There is an “or” relationship among several keywords, indicating that
articles can be added to related special subjects if any of the keyword is
searched out;
Input a space between keywords, indicating that articles can be added to
related special subjects if all of the keywords are searched out;
If a space is needed for keywords, it’s unnecessary to split words. Input
quotation marks, such as “iphone 6s”.
Sentiment keywords: Wisers provides sentiment analysis for certain SNS
industries. Users can define sentiment keywords by themselves.
Special remarks:
Note 1: First setting for monitoring items to take effect in 30 minutes;
Note 2: The upper limit of monitoring items is subject to the ceiling of the user’
s account. The total number of monitoring items is controlled by the upper limit of
opened group names.

Users can compare created monitoring items (topics, accounts or posts) from
multiple perspectives, including communication trends, communication paths,
emotion proportion, proportion of hot words, trend of hot posts and fans’ analysis.
STEP1: Search keywords of the added contrastive items, with keyword length of
20 Chinese characters (40 characters); enter keywords in the text bar and then click
the button to search.
STEP2: Identify types of comparison to create different groups; the order of
grouping: Campaign Comparison, Account Comparison, Post Comparison; Click
group name to enter into the page

make setting separately in the generated list.
Step 2: Select industry
Please select the industry you track according to media type, and then the
industry list will be presented to you according to the industry label.

with mention of the brands (mentioned by KOLs).

be downloaded, click Export All to complete the KOL-List Download.

3.1 Account Overview - basic account information
3.1.1 Brand mentions
Show KOL in the current statistical cycle to display the mentioned brands, and
click to enter Brand Page.

statistical cycle is the largest interval, the historical mentioned brands will not be

3.1.3 Comments by KOLs
Ranked under its industry based on KOL's Huike Index. In the ranking, the
mean value of the Huike index of all KOLs in the industry is calculated at the same
time, and then the KOL is compared with its industry average Huike index to
summarize the value of the KOL in the industry.
3.1.4 KOL FIG Analysis
The Huike Index is a percentage system, the dotted line represents the
industry average of the KOL Huike Index, and the solid line is the current KOL
Huike Index, which is displayed visually.
3.2 Account Overview - account performance

3.2.1 Fans Overview
New Fans:The total number of followers added in this statistical period
and the previous statistical period. At the same time, the other highest KOL in the
industry where the KOL is located is added for comparison, and the increase in
fans of all KOLs in the industry where the KOL is located is calculated. The average
value of the amount can be used to judge the powder absorption capacity of the
KOL.
Fan Count:The total number of fans in this statistical period and the
previous statistical period. At the same time, extract the other highest KOL in the
Kol's industry and add the comparison, and calculate the average total number of
fans of all KOLs in the KOL's industry Value to judge the KOL's fan radiation ability.
3.2.2 Posting Overview
New Posts:In this statistical period and in the previous statistical period,
display the newly posted amount of the KOL, and simultaneously extract the other
highest KOL in the KOL's industry to add comparison, and calculate the total of all
KOLs in the KOL's industry. The average amount of postings can be used to
determine whether the KOL belongs to frequent speaking, active, and content-
producing KOL.
Engagement Rate/Avg No. of engagements:(Interaction rate: The
average number of interactions divided by the total number of fans X100%; the
average number of interactions: calculated based on the interaction properties of

the media where the KOL is located, such as Weibo: statistics of the KOL during
the calculation cycle: average Likes + average reposts + average comments) to
show how the KOL ’s posting content interacts with its fans during the statistical
cycle, so as to determine whether the KOL is active with its fans and how strong
the fans are , While showing the industry average, to help you determine whether
it is higher than the industry average.
3.3 Account Overview- Followers Analysis
New Fans:Show the fan increase / decrease trend in the statistical cycle
(fans: pure increase / decrease) to determine the status of the account's increase /
decrease, so that users can judge the recent increase / decrease of the account.
