For global food and nutrition security let us add one critical learning outcome:
University graduates successfully nudge food system transformations towards equality, resilience and sustainability.
Food security exists when all people, at all times, have physical, social and economic access to sufficient safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.
How to operationalise this definition?
