• Symbiosis is a close and long term relationship between two different species
Three types of Symbiosis
1. Mutualism is a partnership between two species in which both species benefit.
2. Commensalism is a relationship in which one species benefits and the other is neither harmed nor helped.
3. Parasitism is a relationship between a parasite (organism that lives on the other) and a host (the one the parasite gets its nourishment).
