I presented this at UX New Zealand in November 2013 with Christian Lafrance and Justin Sinclair. It is about how the Jobs-to-be-done framework gives the UX community a way of articulating customer requirements that elevates it above thinking about system descriptions and features, and gives you insight into who your real competitors are in the minds of the customer.
