Yesterday I talked with a colleague

about leadership and the

difficulties in leader aknowledgment

So, I started thinking about what do

we want from our leader

Can we explicit that?

Can we explain what brings up

enthusiasm about working in

someone’s team?

This is

what we

found out

- First of all, my leader has

to be better than me at

doing the work. I want to

learn, not to run after

his/her mess

- I guess it feels more comfortable

if he/she knows what the plan is,

what it is going on

- I don’t recognize the

leadership due to his/her

age or the worked years, I

need to believe my leader

deserved his/her role

I’d like to be

inspired

the better the

guidance beside,

the faster the

improvement

I have a few experience in leading a team

so I can mainly talk from the team

side, rather than the leader one

Sometimes you meet a real leader

sometimes just some person

whom you have to follow

because of his/her seniority

I always try to figure out what

can I learn in both cases

I wonder

if I ever

will be

able to

inspire…
