HVAC - Performs the full range of work involved in the repair, overhaul,

maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and

systems in the Publics Work Division.

Powered Support Mechanic - Performs the mechanical-electrical repair

and adjustment of portable, heavy-duty powered ground equipment

such as power generating units, air conditioners, electric welders;

electrical/hydraulic diesel target cars, utility (must) units, frequency

converters, etc., and associated gasoline and diesel engines, lifting

devices, hoists, etc.

Serves as Journeyman Electrician. Determines method and

techniques to be used, selects tools and materials to perform a

variety of electrical tasks in connection with the operation and maintenance of public use areas.
