DESCRIPTION

During my summer at Viacom, I created and presented three social media concepts to the department in collaboration with three other interns (project management intern Alexander Arm, video/production intern Luigi Romano, and copywriting intern Emma Schmidt) for the first-ever Velocity Creative Intern Project! In addition to concept ideation, it was also my responsibility as the design intern to create all visual content for the project including a presentation deck, campaign mockups and branding.

Calling all makeup gurus! It’s time for MTV’s Covergirl

Face-Off! Submit your best makeup tutorial to show us

why you should be Katy Perry’s makeup artist for the

VMAs! Katy Perry has a unique sense of style so be

creative!

Each participant can post one video to either the Face-Off

Contest tab on Covergirl’s Facebook page or by using

#covergirlfaceoff on Instagram. In your tutorial, you must

only use Covergirl products, but it can be as long as you

want. The tutorial with the most likes will win!

Ever heard that smell can bring back memories? Andrew Shultz hosts

these comedic vignettes playing on how Axe scents stimulate

flashbacks for Viacom talent. Kathryn Prescott, Nicole Richie, John

Stewart, John Taffer, and Taylor Wright “Lil Bit” will sniff an Axe product

causing embarrassing, funny, and shocking stories from their pasts to

resurface. Andrew will then ask questions and make jokes about what

the talent tells him.

The campaign will be promoted and aired on Network websites with

featured talent and on Axe’s YouTube page. After a video is posted, fans

can join the conversation with #AXEthrowbacks or by commenting on

the videos.

Want to win two tickets to the 2015 VMAs? Join the VMAs

Subzero Countdown! One day before the 2014 VMAs, the

clock is set to 24 hours and the check list is released!

Participants will race to finish before the clock runs out on

Subway’s website.

When the competition ends, a winner will be randomly

selected from the contestants who successfully completed

the challenge. During the VMAs that night, the winner will

also be featured in a Subway ad.
