FIRE STOP 200/30 stands out for its versatility, which means it can be used withextinguishing products (medium expansion foam) with variable percentages of mixing withwater. It is equipped with 2 suction devices of extinguishing products (foam):
1 device located in the water aspirator at the high-pressure water pump inlet
1 device located in the high pressure line, after the pump..
FIRE STOP 200/30 uses a new technique, based on the consumption of a small amount ofatomised water, the consequence of the high pressure guaranteed by the piston pump.
The atomised water rapidly turns into vapour and absorbs the heat produced by the fire.This system eliminates damage caused by the large amounts of water normally used withlow-pressure jets.

1 Chassis
In painted steel RAL 3000. Dimensions:
1020x550x610 mm. (40.1x21.6x24 in.),
including the support for the firefighting
lance and hose reel. The chassis is equipped
with n. 4 handles for movement and lifting.
2 Pressure regulation valve
Allows the adjustment of the pressure
between 30 and 200 bar (435-2900 psi) and
water recirculation when the group isrunning and the lance is closed.

3 Thermostatic valve
Protects the pump from eventual
overheating resulting from water heating
recirculating in the pump caused by a
prolonged functioning of the group with the
lance closed.
4 Supply water filter
In general, allows to filter incoming water in
the high pressure pump. It is made with a
brass body and a stainless steel filtering
element.
5 Pressure gaugeGauge for high pressure water in glycerine
bath, with scale 0-250 bar (0-3625 psi)
6Intake systems of self-extinguishing
products
The two devices allow the use of a widerange of flame retardant products (foam)
with different percentages of mixing with
water. Each device has its own suction line
with filter and bottom valve.
7 Battery
The electic start-up engine is allowed by the
battery (placed and fixed within the
chassis). Features: 12V/45Ah.
8 Manual hose reelManual, equipped with a 20 m (65.6 ft) highpressure hose able to enrol up to 50 m. (164
ft) of hose.
9 High pressure hose The hose length is 20 m. (65.6 ft).
10 High pressure firefighting lance
Equipped with a gun, allows the delivery of
water or water mixed with flame resistant
foam products.
The water or foam range can reach approx20 m. (65.6 ft).
10.1 Firefighting nozzle
To have a jet of water or water mixed with
foam products. This nozzle can work in
different mode: long distance jet or
expanded short jet.
10.2 Nebulizer
The nebulizer (only water) decreases the
temperature of the flames, thus favoring
extinguish fire.

11 Fuel tank
Made of stainless steel, it has a capacity of
about 6 l. (1.58 gal.), allowing a range of
continuous operation of the group of at
least 1,30 hours.
12 Water tank
With a capacity of 120 l. (31.7 gal.). The tank
is placed above the group and is provided
with its own support and fixation, but it can
be quickly separated.
The tank height is 450 mm. (17.7 in.)
The tank, once emptied, can be quickly
disassembled.
The tank is equiped with:
a) visual inspection of the level
b) Ø 35 connection for water charging
c) connecting pipe and power
d) opening for cleaning
e) outlet plug.
13 Support of product tankIt allows to place a tank or a container of
fire extinguishing products.
14 Trolley with wheelsWith 2 wheels of large diameter (300 mm.),
quickly separable.
