I loved my TRULLO THIS and TRULLI THAT magazine so well that I decided to make it a hardback book. and since the magazine was published with Issuu.com I added quite a few more paintings I had done so they are in this one. enjoy a trip through the southern Apuglia area of Italy. you won't need a passport or plane ticket. perhaps a cup espresso and a comfortable reading spot. but THERE IS NO READING.. it is a painted story without words except for the introduction. get the kids involved. as them to create their own stories using my art as illustrations.

TRULLO THIS and TRULLI THAT book byDebbi Saccomanno ChanItalian blood runs through my veins. it is probably where myenergy and passion come from. this is a painted story of the Apuglia area where my grandfather, nonno Ippazio Saccoman-no, was born and where his family still live. it has been about 50 years since i soaked up the Southern landscape but i ask you to join me through my art to experience this beautiful country. enjoy the book and the art. ciao.
