A very brief summary:

CLEAR: Maintain a C- average i.e. CGPA of at least 1.67

PROBATIONARY: If CGPA goes below 1.67 you stay on probation and mustsign a new probation contract (limited course load) and attend amandatory seminar at the start of each term until you bring your CGPAback over 1.67

REQUIRED TO WITHDRAW (RTW for 12 months): If your TGPA goes below1.67 while on probation or if CGPA goes below 1.00 at any time.

PERMANENT PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL: If you are RTW for a second timeor fail a mandatory program course 3 times.
