Women manpower which was more motivated also recruited

Monitoring done through CCTv Cameras

Low Corruption.

Promotion of Public Private Partnership.

CHALLENGES

Retention of Manpower as these are volunteers who may leave any time.

Legally weak voluntary organizations.(As they have not that much authority)

Intervention by local authority.

Proper Coordination between Police official & Voluntary organizations.
