‘’ As the candidate’s CV is often not sufficient enough, the PPA tool enables us to have a clear view ofthe candidate’s competencies before recruiting him/her.We have explored other psychometric tools previously. However, the PPA proves to be the easiest one touse and is 100 % accurate. Approximately 80 % of the profiled people matched with the behavioural jobexpectations. It is the best software that has helped in effectiveness of our recruitment process. Weparticularly appreciate the fact that its application can be extended into understanding the working styleof a person. This is of a great help for the immediate boss who can then have a better understanding of histeam member’s competencies so as to ensure high performance standards. In the coming year, we intend to explore other applications of the Thomas like the GIA to assist us inTalent Mapping.”
