The Basic PRLS program consists of six hours of classroom lectures in one day split among five modules: Basic Leadership Principles � � Leading a Meeting Rotary� Your Club and You! � Communications � Basic Public Speaking

Potential Rotary Leaders Seminar

Master PRLS 1 and 2 comprise the public speaking series and is presented during two interdependent, full-day sessions scheduled about four weeks apart. The classes include a rigorous program of instructor and group evaluated extemporaneous and planned public speaking exercises designed to improve anyone’s ability to present ideas orally to a group.

Master PRLS 3 is a class on group Facilitation Skills and is presented during one full-day session. The class is designed to acquaint students with the skills and tools necessary to conduct effective goal setting and problem solving group meetings.

Master PRLS 1 and 2: Public Speaking series (extemporaneous and planned public speaking exercises)

Master PRLS 3: Facilitation Skills (skills and tools necessary to conduct effective goal setting and problem solving group meetings)

Master PRLS 4: Situational Leadership (It teaches how to judge the skills development of team members, fit the right people into the right jobs, and manage any team effectively.)

Master PRLS 5: Project Management leading to Master PRLS graduation. (Class members are divided into teams of 4 -6 that work together to prepare and propose a major Rotary project.)
