EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
130,051 homeowners have had their benefits calculated and of those, 130,038
(99.99%) homeowners have closed on their Road Home grant with disbursements
totaling $9,000,426,325. The average award is $69,214.
119,253 (92%) of these homeowners have decided to stay and rebuild in Louisiana.
Rebuilding resources provided to Option 1 homeowners total $8,079,478,238. The
average award is $67,751.
61,558 additional disbursements have been closed for a total of
$1,708,330,165. The average additional disbursement is $27,752.
54% of all Road Home dollars ($4,869,049,397.52) have been provided to 56,053
low to moderate income households. The average award is $86,865.10.
46,138 homeowners have received $2,125,545,258 in Additional Compensation
Grants (ACG) to supplement their recovery needs.
30,029 elderly applicants have closed for a total of $2,403,664,005. The average
award is $80,045.
17,591 disabled (self-reporting) applicants have closed for a total of
$1,306,108,188. The average award is $74,249.
BRGA funding has been provided to 486 homeowners totaling $16,040,406.
IMM funding has been provided to 25,724 homeowners totaling $192,694,948.
60.5% of the 111,696 applicants monitored through this period have been
dispositioned Compliant. 34 of the 37 work-in-progress parishes have greater than
40% compliancy.
32,397 applicants have received elevation disbursements, totaling $943,117,929.

A total of 130,038 applicants have gone to closing and received their Road Home
disbursement as of April 30, 2015. Of these applicants, 56,056 (43.1%) were documented
as LMI.
A total of $9,000,426,325 in Homeowner Assistance Program awards were disbursed as of
April 30, 2015. Of these disbursements, $4,859,502,834 (54%) went to applicants
documented as LMI.

Individual Mitigation Measure (IMM) Funding
As of April 30, 2015, 39,018 homeowners received letters explaining the IMM Program.
Of the 39,018 homeowners, 25,724 (65.93%) have received disbursements totaling
$192,694,948.
Of the 39,018 homeowners, 13,294 (34.07%) homeowners have not been funded.
o 12,846 of the 13,294 homeowners have been determined to be
ineligible or have declined funding.
o 4 of the 13,294 are at the title company.
Individual Mitigation Measure (IMM) Certification
39,018 Certification letters were sent to homeowners who received disbursements
through January, 2015.
Of the 39,018 homeowners, 22,078 have returned letters through April 30, 2015.
Of the 22,078 letters returned
o A total of 21,397 have been certified compliant.
o 681 are under review.

system. This number includes applications that are incomplete, test submissions and multiple
submissions.
Total Ineligible Represents the total number of all applications who do not meet the basic
eligibility requirements for the program.
Duplicate Application Represents the total number of all applications identified for being
a duplicate application.
No First Appointment Represents the total number of all applications who did not
complete an appointment by the December 15, 2007 deadline.
Ineligible-FEMA Assessment Represents the total number of all applications due to
FEMA assessment requirement.
Sold Home Ineligible/Not Interested Represents the total number of all applications who
did not meet the eligibility requirements of the Sold Home program.
Total Eligible Population Equals total applications received minus total ineligible. Represents
the population of applicants that are in an eligible program status. Dollar amount represent the
