• Help them Schedule their time• Help them do first 5 or so Events/ One on One
meetings• Set the expectation to succeed by attending
weekly events• Getting on weekly calls
Give them the Tools they need…
• Back Office• Tear Pads• Modern Essentials Book• Developmental tools– books, cds, trainings• Classes/ Webinars • Upline support info—contact info
Teach them to Set the Stage
• Don’t just “wing it”- Prepare to present• Think about your personal stories• Choose the presentation, make sure it is
duplicable• Practice, Drill, Rehearse!

• Your Dress, do you look the part?• How do you smell?• Posture?• Grooming– Hair– Nails
