Managed Services Outsourced, proactive IT monitoring and maintenance on a fixed fee per device basis. Utilizing our state of the art automated agent software, online helpdesk and remote access, our team can forecast and resolve problems before they happen to keep you up and running. Devices like servers, network equipment, desktops, portables, printers and mobile devices are all welcome and eligible for annualized fixed fee support. Service hours can be purchased in addition at discounted rates; the more devices registered with us, the deeper the discount of our hourly rates.

Retainer Program Great for projects, recurring visits or businesses that prefer buying service hours in bulk. Our retainer type programs allow pre-funding blocks of hours at discounted rates, the larger the purchase the deeper the discount. Hours are debited from your block only when you use our services, and never expire or lose value. Blocks of hours can be refreshed at any time and can be used for any service we provide.
